How long will it take to receive my order?
We deliver to mainland UK. If you live in a zip code more than 50 miles away from our distribution centers, an additional delivery fee and an additional week or two of delivery time may be required.The waiting period for special order products is 8-12 weeks.If in stock, delivery is made within 7 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy?
Did you change your mind after placing your order?
Whatever the reason, you can cancel your online order (except special orders) at any time before delivery without any fee. All you have to do is notify us in writing by post or e-mail. You can find our contact information at the bottom of the page.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I exchange an item?
It will be difficult to make changes to your Order once it has been released into our order system. This is because we work to tight timescales and production of your Order may have already started. However we would encourage you to contact us as soon as you can if you wish to make a change to your Order and we will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of your Order, the timing of delivery, or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the Contract with us as set out below.
