How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only.
In-stock items: Delivery is usually completed within 7 days
Special or made-to-order items: Estimated delivery time is 8–12 weeks
For delivery addresses located more than 40 miles from our distribution centre, delivery may take an additional one to two weeks, and an extra delivery charge may apply
Any applicable delivery charges and delivery times will be clearly confirmed with you before your delivery is arranged.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we currently do not ship internationally.
All orders are delivered within mainland United Kingdom only.

What Is Your Return Policy?
You may cancel your online order (excluding special or made-to-order items) at any time before delivery, free of charge.
For returns requested after delivery, the following conditions apply:
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Labels must remain attached
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Yes. We provide free in-room assembly for most furniture items.
Our experienced team will deliver your furniture to your chosen room and carry out professional assembly at no additional cost, where applicable.
